Pre-Order Shipping & Payment Policy

All pre-order items must be paid for separately from non-pre-order items due to different processing and shipping timelines. Orders that combine pre-order and ready-to-ship items cannot be processed together.

All pre-order items are currently being processed and shipped from our overseas manufacturer. Please review the full timeline below:

📦 Processing Time: 5–14 business days
🚚 Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after processing
🔍 Tracking: Shipping updates and a tracking number will be provided once your item is on its way

✨ Important Pre-Order Reminder:
All pre-orders must be placed and paid for by midnight on the 14th and 29th of each month.
A bulk order will be submitted on the 15th and 30th, at which time the processing and delivery timeline listed above will begin.
